Why is this important?
Franchise Costing Support group is responsible for costing integrity for all franchises and Affiliate independent customers. This position allows you to work closely with merchandising categories, franchisees and Central Data Management (CDM) to execute promotional costing programs and investigate costing issues across LCL systems.
Execute promotional costing program for Franchise community
Build strong relationships with Category, Finance and Franchisees to facilitate the timely understanding and resolution of costing inquiries
Analyze daily billings exceptions to determine the root cause and recommend corrective actions
On-going process improvements to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Communicate data integrity issues to business partners
Develop measurable analytics to accurately measure promotional cost support implications and effectiveness
Train and support colleagues
2 – 5 years experiences within a Finance environment
University degree in Business or Finance related discipline
Excellent analytical and investigative ability to pinpoint issues across various systems (Financial and merchandising)
Proactive individual with the ability to effectively manage various tasks simultaneously to strict deadlines
Enthusiastic learner with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast pace, challenging and changing environment
Strong working knowledge of query applications including Access, MicroStrategy
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP function , etc.)
SAP knowledge is a prerequisite.
