Current Role 

Vice President  Operational Risk Management @ TD 

 

• Lead the Environment and Social (E&S) Risk Management function at TD, focused on development and implementation of the risk management framework and practices for E&S risks, including climate change.

• Previously lead the Enterprise Risk Governance team, responsible for enterprise risk reporting and governance, including development and reporting against the risk appetite statement, oversight of enterprise risk frameworks and policies, managing the top and emerging risk identification program and risk committee of the board governance.

• Previously lead the Operational Risk Measurement team responsible for development and enhancements to the operational risk capital and stress testing models and methodologies, scenario analysis and internal loss event data programs.

• Lastly, I am a CPA, CA,  with extensive background in financial accounting, analysis and auditing both at TD and previously with PwC.
