Bio

Chris is a corporate lawyer at a national full-service law firm, specializing in banking and financial services. He represents lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, including:

• domestic, cross-border and international financing

• acquisition and project finance

• re-financing and bond financings

Chris also represents secured creditors, debtors and court-appointed officers in insolvency proceedings. Chris had the opportunity to be seconded to The Bank of Nova Scotia’s in-house legal department.
